At the Villas, you'll

- Interior and exterior maintenance of each Villa
- Lawn mowing and snow removal
- Landscaping maintenance
- Social, recreational and chaplainry activities
- Appliance maintenance
- Trash removal, water and sewer services, property taxes
and building insurance are included in the monthly maintenance
fees
- Access to the activities and amenities at Town Square

- Meal service at West View Manor

- Assistance in arranging outside services

| You may select one of three
financing plans that best suits your needs. Your deposit is
refundable to you based upon your length of occupancy in the
Villa. Monthly fee will vary depending on the size of the Villa
and the financing plan you choose. |
