The Villas on Country Club offer charming, single-story residences. With seven Villa floor plans from which to choose, you are sure to find one that suits your lifestyle and taste. Spacious floor plans feature:
- One-bedroom and two-bedrooms with one and one-and-a-half baths
- Fully-equipped kitchens, spacious living and dining areas
- Large closets and storage areas
- Patios and/or sunrooms
- Furnished appliances
- Garages with automatic door openers
- Individually-controlled heating and air conditioning
- Garden and flower areas
Services
At the Villas, you'll find the assistance to make retirement living more enjoyable. Services include:
- Interior and exterior maintenance of each Villa
- Lawn mowing and snow removal
- Landscaping maintenance
- Social, recreational and chaplainry activities
- Appliance maintenance
- Trash removal, water and sewer services, property taxes and building insurance are included in the monthly maintenance fees
- Access to the activities and amenities at Town Square
Other available services:
- Meal service at West View Manor
- Beautician and barber services
- Seasonal cleaning
- Assistance in arranging outside services
Financial Options
You may select one of three financing plans that best suits your needs. Your deposit is refundable to you based upon your length of occupancy in the Villa. Monthly fee will vary depending on the size of the Villa and the financing plan you choose.
Security
Peace of mind means not only physical protection, but the security that comes with knowing that your needs will be met. Security features include:
- Emergency response system with a licensed nurse on call 24 hours a day
- Personal emergency telephone dialer (optional)
- Safety features in the bathrooms
- Smoke detection system
- Priority admission to the West View Manor Nursing Care and Assisted Living Center
In addition, you have the confidence that comes with knowing that your Villa is sponsored by West View Manor Retirement Center, a non-profit Christian retirement community that has provided quality health care services to residents of Wayne County and surrounding areas for nearly a half-century.
