The West View Manor Senior Living Community is comprised of The Villas (independent living apartments), Town Square (the new assisted living units with a special neighborhood for the memory impaired), and West View Manor Nursing Center. West View Manor Nursing Center, which incorporates assisted living areas with skilled nursing sections, is but one component of the complex of care facilities at West View. West View Manor is linked, under roof, to Town Square, and The Villas residents have easy access to the entire complex. One of the differences you will find at West View Manor is the arrangement of the facility into neighborhoods. This helps foster a sense of familiarity and comfort among residents.

West View Manor is fully licensed and is Medicare and Medicaid certified. The following care levels are available at West View Manor:

Assisted Living

An affordable alternative designed for those who do not need long-term nursing care but do need assistance with daily activities. Services are personalized to the resident's needs.

• Three nourishing meals in our eight spacious dining areas. Snacks are provided twice a day.
• Around-the-clock experienced staff. Daily assistance with such tasks as bathing, dressing, medication monitoring and incontinence management.
• Private studio apartment furnished with your favorite belongings.

Skilled Nursing

Licensed by the State of Ohio and certified as a skilled nursing facility, our team of professionals works together in developing a care program tailored to meet each resident's needs. This level of care is for individuals who need 24-hour nursing services. All aspects of this program are supervised by a Medical Director. Services include:

• Therapeutic rehabilitative services.
• Physical, occupational and speech therapies.
• Planned social, spiritual, and recreational programs.

Respite Care

Our respite care program makes available to caregivers a rest period from the day-to-day responsibilities of caring for a loved one. Short-term stays with a variety of service levels from assisted living care to nursing care are available.
